Long flowing aqua blue hair. Tiny pink sea scallop sea shells covering the girls. Multi-colored tail wrapped around the barrel she rests on. She is listed as used but remains in excellent condition. A few very small imperfections can be seen but still looks amazing. Great details and lots of bright colors. These are some of the best mermaid taps out there. A must have for the serious collector.
