The owner, Minott Wessinger was the great-great Grandson of Henry Weinhard (Blitz Weinhard Brewing of Portland). He had a renowned architect build a 3-story brewery to help facilitate the traditionally gravity flow process for his beers. The iconic location had the brewery built along the Great Northern Railway Line. Taking a break until it was brewed once again in 2010 before being discontinued once again. 2 popular beers are still being brewed by Uinta Brewing: Wild Huckleberry Lager and Going to the Sun IPA. 2 row-malted barley malts with imported Bavarian Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz hops.
