OLDE SADDLEBACK BREWING INDIA PALE ALE SCENIC BERSHIRE MOUNTAINS draft beer tap handle. A microbrewery located at the foot of the Berkshires. A member of the Berkshire Grown which enables them to be a farm brewery. They used 15 different types of malts and 13 different hop varieties and some local ingredients including clover honey. Most beers were 2 weeks grains to glass except the lagers which aged for a month. Their beers had a very limited distribution in the Northeast only. A saddleback is a hill with a ridge along the top that dips in the middle. A path for mules and horses. Old Saddleback India Pale Ale. No notes available for this beer. Tap is listed as used. Looks like a yellow horseshoe over a Saddleback ridge of the Berkshire mountains with a small blue ribbon screwed on the bottom showing the India Pale Ale (not IPA) like today.
