RARE HORSE THIEF HOLLOW BREWING FINELY CRAFTED 4-STAR HORSHOE AND HOPS draft beer tap handle. A craft brewery and Southern-style gastro-pub located on the South-side of Chicago. Named after the area that was known to harbor stolen horses in the dense woods that were brought in from Missouri to sell on the Chicago market back in the mid 1800′s. Brewing craft draft beers using the finest fresh milled barley and hops combined with unique strains of yeast. Beers are only available on draft in a limited market. Belgian style farmhouse ale. Funky dominating yeast strain with notes of bubblegum, lemon rind and floral pink peppercorn. Tap is new and unused. Please view all photos as they are the best part of the description. Crafted from wood, steel and resin. Black base wrapped in gold bines that show gold leaves on one portion and golden nugget hops on the other. Top has a wooden horseshoe with 4 red stars inside. All black graphics on separate pieces of wood surround the horseshoe to make it appear like the entrance to a 4 Star Horse Ranch. I have never seen another outside the pub.
