The original mold has shrunk a tiny bit over the past 2 decades and the paint had nowhere to go but up. Now appears as wrinkles or varicose veins. No actual paint loss or wear yet… Sorry be she looks like she got hit with the ugly stick a few times too many. All original Sculpture Concepts Creation from 2002. BIG EASY BEER BRUNETTE beer tap handle. Abita has a Big Easy beer but I don’t think it was her. 2002 signed by maker. Beautiful condition with the creepy skin. No paint loss, just wrinkles. Brunette in a blue dress. Similar to Blue Points Spring Fling girl. Several theories as to why this happens to some handles in the late 90′s and early 2000. (1) Resin mold was warm when painted then shrinks a little bit when dry. (2) Poor quality paint. (3) Sometimes used ones have gotten to wet for too long. I have heard of other reasons as well. Maybe she smoked too much and drank too many diet sodas like my ex. You know how those bitches can look. Tap has been turned and rotated around to the left so that all sides are shown.
