More like brew witch. Short crazy old Irish lady with the cane. Probably has a bunch of cats too! She has short legs and is standing on a BrouCzech labeled barrel. Quite the colorful thing and heavy too. Not an easy one to find. Excellent like new condition. Beautiful artwork, colors and fine details. She even looks at you. She may only make up 6 or so of those inches. Tap handle has been turned and rotated so all sides are pictured.
